Commissions Terms of Service
Please be sure to read all the information below in order to avoid any further misunderstandings or any kind of problems.
If you have any question that has not been answered here, don't be afraid to ask me!► I will do
• Any kind of pairing [Yaoi/Yuri/Hetero/etc]
• Hellaverse characters.
• Original/Fan Characters
• Anthro/Furry
• Mecha
• 18+/fetish art(extra fee)
• Simple Backgrounds(extra fee)► I will Not do
• Heavy Gore
• Original characters without reference.
PAYMENTS• Full payment must be done first.
• You cannot use any of my art for commercial purposes. (extra fee)REVISIONS AND REFUNDS• I will be simplifying any detailed armor/design.
• I will provide a sketch of your commission once it is finalized. At this stage, you can request all the changes you want. Once I have started the painting process any change will require extra payment.
• Refunds and cancellations are only possible if the commission has not been started. Once work has started, I do not accept refunds.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY• The estimated turnaround time for these type of commissions is 3 weeks depending on my work queue. If you need it for a special date you MUST tell me beforehand. (If there are any delays, you will be notified)
• Rush order can be made for an additional 50% fee of the total price and your commission will be done by the date you need. ( I reserve the right to decline if I’m too busy.)
I'm the artist so I hold copyright to my works.* Do not use my works for bases/tracing/rendering etc.• You are allowed to use your commission for icons, wallpapers, and any graphics for your social media.(Do not use it for streaming.)
• Always credit me as the artist on every social media you post my art.
• Please DO NOT re-sell the commission
• Please DO NOT edit my works, Customer's CAN'T use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.
• I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know BEFORE I start working on your commission.
